The OMP production ranges in all the processes related to the cutting and finishing of the pipe.

Even all the handling in and out of these processes is possible by placing side-by-side OMP machines in order to achieve the best results in terms of performance. OMP is also able to adapt standard machines to specific production needs, creating tailor-made solutions designed in agreement with the departments concerned.

CUTTING

This section includes:
Single-head automatic cutting-off machines for pipes and bars, Multi-head cutting-off machines and tube laser cutting machines

FINISH

Automatic deburring and chamfering machines able to finish the pipe at various levels, according to the specific need.

TUBE CONVEYOR

They are the machines that load the tube to work it and unload it at the end of processing, packing it where required. Machines suitable for forming bundles of open tubes, bars and profiles

TAILORED

Adapting standard machines to specific needs is one of the activities that characterize OMP.

TUBE LASER CUT

Tube laser cutting system with fiber source, capable of processing pipes up to ø220mm and open and / or closed derivative profiles.
